Therapist for women and couples who want to start to enjoy their lives and stop living in depression and anxiety.

Because feeling anxious and overwhelmed is not just a part of mom life- you deserve to be happy and present in each moment.

This practice didn’t come from a business plan- it came from my own experience with postpartum anxiety and feeling like I couldn’t get out from under the stress of mom life.

I’ve been the client looking for support but feeling like I didn’t have any time to stop and care for myself. I know what it feels like to be drowning in comparison and never ending “what ifs” and “am I doing enough”. Southern Serenity is the support I wish I had: someone who has been through it and can relate deeply to the unique experiences of mom life and being a women in the world we live in today. Someone to give you a safe space to process your struggles and provide tangible ways to overcome your stress and anxiety.

FOUNDER, MA, LPC-ASSOCIATE

WIFE AND MOM OF TWO BOYS

CHAOS COORDINATOR

As a mom myself who has been through the ups and downs of postpartum and trying to juggle it all, I know how much we can get pushed to the back burner. I eventually overcame the feeling of always being behind and neglecting myself, which is where I found a passion in helping other women reclaim their lives and be their happiest selves. I sought to create a safe space for women to come and spend an hour each week prioritizing themselves and bettering their lives.

MY APPROACH

I help women heal from what’s holding them back so they can step into the life they deserve.

As a wife, mother, and professional with a demanding career, I understand what it’s like to feel buried under expectations. I spent years chasing accomplishments, only to realize that true fulfillment didn’t come from checking boxes—it came from learning to love myself by recognizing my own needs and voicing them. Now, I’m passionate about helping others who feel overlooked, overwhelmed, or unsure of their worth. You deserve to feel confident in yourself, and I’m here to help you get there.

In our sessions, there’s no judgment—just real support. I’ll help you find tools and strategies that actually fit your life, not someone else’s idea of how it “should” look. I know how much trust and energy it takes to show up for therapy, and I take that seriously. This is your time, your space, and your story. Together, we’ll figure out what works for you so you can build a life that truly feels good
