Hi I’m Emma, a LPC-Associate, who helps women manage anxiety and depression, and overcome experiences with trauma. My work is rooted in making clients feel empowered, seen, and heard.

As a therapist, my goal is for you to leave me. Together, we’ll make our time meaningful and packed with practical tools so you leave feeling confident, empowered, and ready to live your life on your own terms.

Being a therapist is the most special work I could imagine—it's a privilege to hold space for people as they share their stories, process difficult emotions, and discover their own strength. Every session is an opportunity to help someone feel seen, supported, and capable of creating real change.
